Associate, Product Specialist, Private Debt, Global alternative investment manager, London

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain investor presentations, fund brochures and talking points with accurate, consistent data.
• Co-ordinate materials and logistics for client meetings, LPAC sessions and co-investment opportunities.
• Draft timely responses to regular and ad-hoc investor enquiries on portfolio holdings and strategy positioning.
• Track timelines and deliverables across contributors to ensure on-time completion.
• Collate inputs from investment, reporting and client teams to address information requests.
• Synthesise market and portfolio insights into clear, client-ready content.
• Own quality control for all client-facing outputs.
• Handle sensitive client matters with sound judgement and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• 2–3 years' experience in a product specialist or client-facing role within institutional asset management.
• Strong interest in markets and leveraged finance; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with private debt and corporate direct lending concepts.
• Proven project management skills and collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications or related; MBA/CFA a plus.
