We're working with a well-respected, independent construction consultancy with a growing presence across London. They're looking to bring in an Associate Project Manager to lead on high-profile capital projects and play a key role in the continued development of their London team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Senior PM who's ready for that next step, or an existing Associate looking for more autonomy and visibility. You'll be working across a broad portfolio - from commercial offices and mixed-use developments to science, education, and high-end fitouts. You'll also help shape client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to team growth and strategy.

What's on offer:

• Projects ranging from £10m-£300m, across public and private sector clients.
• A mix of new build, refurb and complex fit-out schemes.
• Autonomy to lead major projects, with Director-level backing when you need it.
• Scope to support business development and help drive future pipeline.

What they're looking for:

• 7-12 years' experience in a construction consultancy or client-side PM role.
• Proven experience delivering projects from early stages through to completion.
• Excellent client management and communication skills - you're confident leading the room.
• MRICS or MAPM would be a bonus but not essential with the right project experience.
