  • Job Title: Associate Project Manager, Creative (18-month FTC)

  • Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Associate Project Manager, Creative to support the successful delivery of an exciting new experiential initiative. Working closely with cross-functional teams, creative partners and project leads, you will help coordinate key creative activities to ensure successful delivery of this project.

  • This role is initially offered on an 18-month Fixed-Term Contract. Subject to project requirements, complexity, and ongoing progress, there may be potential for the contract to be extended to 24-months.


What you’ll do 


Creative Project Management



  • Support the Project Manager, Creative in delivering key workstreams including experience development, style guides, and launch planning.

  • Help bring the Pokémon brand to life through the creative concepts, designs for look & feel and experiences.

  • Maintain project schedules, dependencies and reporting in project management tools.

  • Review project plans regularly to ensure milestones, actions and timelines remain on track.

  • Maintain project documentation and support the tracking of actions, decisions and change requests.


Stakeholder & Supplier Management



  • Work closely with our lead creative agency to ensure design development stays on track, with timely feedback and decisions.

  • Coordinate project activities with internal teams and external partners, including approvals, theming, artwork development and content development.

  • Build strong relationships across The Pokémon Company International teams and international offices.

  • Collaborate with project managers to understand cross-functional dependencies.


Planning & Coordination



  • Maintain accurate project plans, budgets and documentation.

  • Build effective relationships with colleagues, partners and suppliers.

  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  • Identify potential risks early and helping drive solutions.

  • Support the successful delivery of the initiative against agreed timelines and budgets.

  • Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn.


Some flexibility in working hours will be required to facilitate collaboration with colleagues based in our Bellevue, USA office.


What you’ll bring



  • Three (3) to five (5) years of related professional experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.

  • Strong knowledge of the Pokémon brand and characters, with the ability to apply this understanding to creative and customer experience decisions.

  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment with an outcomes-focused mindset.

  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and competing deadlines.

  • Experience with managing approvals processes and familiarity with Monday.com, SharePoint or similar project management tools is a plus.


Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £42,000.00 - £54,700.00 per year. The full range is £42,000.00 - £73,400.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
