The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of projects across commercial, retail, leisure, hospitality, and residential sectors - managing delivery, driving client relationships, and ensuring commercial excellence from day one. You'll work directly with senior leadership, playing a key role in business development, strategic direction, and expanding client accounts.

This is far more than a delivery role - it's a stepping stone to senior leadership. You'll mentor junior staff, support team development, and grow into managing your own division.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Ideally MRICS or actively working towards
• UK based Quantity Surveying experience with a Consultancy is a MUST
• Excellent Pre & post contract knowledge
• Varied sector experience is beneficial
