A respected and growing consultancy is seeking a confident Associate Quantity Surveyor to help lead its expanding Leicester office. This is an outstanding opportunity to take charge of major projects, mentor a thriving team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage a diverse portfolio across commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, heritage, leisure, and residential sectors. From pre-contract estimates through to post-contract delivery and Employer's Agent duties, you'll be hands-on throughout every stage - making a real impact on both clients and the team.

You'll also work closely with senior leadership to drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and help define strategic direction. With a flat structure and inclusive culture, your voice will be heard, and your contribution valued.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• MRICS is preferred
• Confident and client-facing
• Experience delivering projects autonomously to completion
• Pre & post contract experience
• Varied sector / project experience
• Employers' Agent & Contract Admin experience is a bonus
