The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

Join a well-established consultancy with over 60 years of industry success and a national presence. With recent growth from 60 to 180+ professionals across six offices, this firm offers the perfect platform for an Associate Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a leadership role.

As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage and mentor a team, lead on major projects, and act as Employers Agent across a wide range of sectors-Education, Higher Education, Blue Light, Healthcare, Residential, Retail, and Local Authority.

You'll be central to the team's ongoing growth, supported with personalised career plans and a strong focus on professional development.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Employers Agent/Contract Administration experience is highly desirable
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Previous experience managing small teams is ideal
