Associate Quantity Surveyor

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

• Lead high-profile projects from inception through to completion.
• Strategically manage key client relationships and expand business opportunities.
• Guide and mentor a talented team of Quantity Surveyors, fostering professional growth.
• Oversee delivery teams to ensure projects meet exacting standards of quality and innovation.

This is a role where your influence will be felt across the business - with the autonomy to make decisions, grow client accounts, and help steer the company's continued success.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
• MRICS
• Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Excellent pre & post contract experience
• Strong communication and client facing skills
• Comfortable managing & mentoring a team
