Associate Quantity Surveyor

An established and expanding Project and Cost Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their Central London office. The Associate Quantity Surveyors' role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the delivery of high-profile projects across a variety of sectors including:

• Student accommodation
• Commercial and mixed-use schemes
• High-end residential
• Exposure to life sciences, hospitality, and leisure sectors

This is a hands-on leadership role where the Associate Quantity Surveyor will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development activities. You'll be working alongside a supportive Board of Directors while mentoring junior staff and helping shape the consultancy's long-term vision.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• MRICS - essential
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Varied sector / project experience is beneficial
• Excellent pre & post contract experience
• A successful track record leading numerous high value £30m - £200m projects
