Day -to -Day Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of commercial/residential property disputes
  

• Support senior team members on high -value, protracted matters
  

• Mentor junior lawyers
  

• Collaborate across teams for optimal client outcomes
  

Ideal Candidate

Solicitor/Legal Executive with real estate disputes experience (or mixed caseload keen to specialize). Around 3 PQE equivalent, calm under pressure, proactive, adaptable, with exceptional client communication and creative problem -solving. Human -first approach essential; hybrid/flexible patterns considered.
