Whether you have a few months of sales experience or are completely new to the industry, our academy programme is designed to help you develop the skills needed to become a high-performing Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and identify potential candidates through various channels

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

* Screen and interview candidates to understand their skills and career goals

* Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement

* Work towards individual and team targets in a performance-driven environment

* Continuously develop industry knowledge and recruitment skills through the academy training programme
