£27,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE up to £45,000)

Are you ready to join a fast-growing tech business that's transforming how companies manage workplace equipment and IT logistics? Dovetail and Slate are representing a leading technology provider, offering a rare opportunity for driven sales professionals to join their expanding team.

This is a perfect fit for someone with experience in B2B sales or tech sales, or a confident communicator from another sales background looking to break into the tech sector. You'll be working with a unique software solution that streamlines the ordering, delivery and tracking of IT equipment - currently trusted by major clients including EDF and Octopus Energy.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound sales.

  • Build and manage relationships with SMEs and large businesses.

  • Demo and sell a smart software platform that automates equipment fulfilment and inventory control.

  • Manage your pipeline through HubSpot CRM, tracking activity and conversion.

  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets with structured support and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales environment (Tech sales ideal, but not essential).

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.

  • Comfortable with outbound sales and handling full sales cycle.

  • Able to commute to central Manchester office 2-3 days per week.

Benefits/Package:

  • Basic salary £27,000 - £30,000 DOE

  • Uncapped commission - earn 7.5% on renewals and 15% on new business

  • Year 1 OTE £45,000+

  • Hybrid working model

  • Full onboarding, product training and progression path into BDM roles

  • Work with an exciting product in the scale-up phase
