Role Definition

• Performs administrative and in-house support tasks for a sales team, helping to build relationships and improve customer experience.

What You Will Do:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing customer service regarding products and services, addressing issues related to customer orders.
• Performing general administrative duties, including maintaining files, schedules and appointments, for the sales teams. Maintaining database and updating records of contacts, accounts and orders as required.
• Monitor, prioritize and track status of orders to provide updates to customers.

• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Account Management: Knowledge of account management; ability to manage day-to-day activities, providing services and support to existing clients.
• Knowledge of Product Line: Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.
• Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

• Financial Products Knowledge
  Developing foundational knowledge of financial products within banking, leasing, or finance, with exposure to credit, pricing, and risk concepts, while supporting team delivery and learning key policies and processes.
• Relationship Management
  Developing foundational experience in building relationships with customers, dealers, and internal partners, supporting team objectives and contributing to aligned business goals through collaboration and learning
• Sales Experience
  Experience in sales or customer-facing environments, supporting revenue-generating activities while building confidence in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and identifying potential opportunities
• Growth Mindset & Initiative
  Demonstrates a self‑starter mindset with strong curiosity to learn, proactively seeking opportunities to build skills, take on new challenges, and grow within the organisation

Salary: £29,013.00 - £37,717.00
Contract: Permanent.
Hours: In office Monday - Friday, full time 37.5 hours.
