Associate Solicitor

A respected and long-established law firm with a growing presence in the City of London is seeking a seasoned Associate Solicitor to join its Residential Property team. With an increasing volume of premium instructions across the capital, the firm is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced solicitor who is ready to contribute to its continued success.

As a Associate Solicitor, you will lead on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and transfers of equity. Many of these transactions involve high-value London properties, requiring confident and commercially focused legal advice.

You will also support junior team members, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives in line with the firm's growth plans in the City of London.

To succeed in this Associate Solicitor role, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 years' PQE as a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, specialising in residential conveyancing.
• Proven experience handling London property transactions, including complex and high-value cases.
• Strong technical skills across the full spectrum of residential property matters.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with an interest in mentoring and developing others.
• Experience in lease extensions, enfranchisement, or acting for HNW clients would be an advantage.

• Competitive salary in the region of £70,000 to £85,000 depending on experience.
