As a Senior Associate in the Employment team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a broad range of employment issues, including but not limited to employee relations, employment contracts, workplace disputes, and compliance with employment legislation. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from SMEs to large multinational corporations.
Your key responsibilities will include providing strategic advice on employment law matters, and ensuring clients are compliant with current legislation and best practices. You will handle complex employment law cases, including tribunal claims, discrimination cases, and redundancy processes. Additionally, you will mentor and supervise junior associates, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance. Participation in business development activities will be crucial, contributing to the growth and success of the employment law practice.
