Associate Solicitor - Defendant RTA

Personal Injury solicitor is required by this UK law firm to deal with defendant motor work.  Based in Manchester but with significant home/remote working.

Role Overview
On offer is something different to the usual offerings at the large defendant injury departments in Manchester.  You will be joining a small team at the ABS law firm connected to a UK loss adjusting and claims business.  You will join a team of 7 including an experienced award winning partner with good sources of work and plenty of client contact.
The role is to handle defendant motor related claims work.  Usually the cases are litigated up to multi track level.

Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a personal injury fee earner who can demonstrate:

• Prior experience working on litigated motor work, from a defendant background.  As the role is very autonomous it is expected you will have a minimum of 5 years pqe in defendant motor work.
• Proven record of dealing with cases at multi-track level.
• Able to work as part of a team
• Qualified solicitor or CILEx.
