Are you a Structural Engineer looking to progress within one of the premier structural/civil/environmental consultancies in the UK who prioritise the development of their staff, with a tight knit culture, offering the opportunity to progress into Directorship? You will be reporting to the director, issuing proposals, mentoring others and doing design work.

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established Engineering consultancy who have been in business for over 35 years. Their goal is to expand the team year on year and their client base consistently. They currently work with multiple clients, focusing on pre-planning work, steel/concrete frames, masonry structures, housing, conversions, leisure, retail and hotel sectors.

As an experienced Structural Engineer, you'll lead project delivery, ensuring structural integrity and design innovation. You'll oversee your team's work, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to standards. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals, you'll create safe, efficient structures and manage client communication with confidence. You will join the team on a Monday to Friday basis.

This role would suit someone looking to progress their career within a close-knit working environment in a growing company who prioritise development and progression.

The Role:

• Carry out structural analysis and calculations for various structural projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Manage our internal project Team and provide guidance and direction to our Graduate/Senior Engineers and Technicians.
• Collaborate with Clients, project managers and the wider design team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Manage project delivery time and budgets.
• Attend design/site team meetings.
• Perform site visits and inspections.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices
• Monday to Friday (9-5AM) - Ready to start ASAP
