Are you an experienced Associate Structural Engineer looking for a new challenge with a growing business?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Associate Structural Engineer to join an established engineering consultancy based in Enderby, Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education sectors, with project values of up to £50 million.

The role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for structural design, manage projects and teams, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.

£60,000–£70,000 salary, dependent on experience

Qualifications

Essential:

BEng/MEng qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering

Minimum 9 years' post-graduate experience

Chartered or working towards chartership through IStructE or ICE

Strong structural design experience and structural analysis skills

Experience working with steel, concrete, timber and masonry

Proficient in relevant engineering design software

Excellent communication skills

Full driving licence and own transport

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage structural engineering design across a variety of projects

Work on commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education projects

Manage projects valued up to £50 million

Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians

Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines

Produce accurate reports and project documentation

Attend meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors

Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers

Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Provide technical input and support throughout the design process

Requirements

As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will also be expected to be:
