As an Associate Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our supply chain operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll ensure purchase orders, supplier coordination, and operational processes are executed with accuracy helping our teams stay on track and deliver against critical milestones.
The Role
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role supporting procurement, supplier management, finance coordination, and stores. You’ll work with a high level of autonomy, applying your knowledge to manage day-to-day processes, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain function.
What You'll Be Working On
Managing end-to-end purchase order processes, including order placement, tracking, and system updates
Coordinating with suppliers to confirm orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve delays
Maintaining accurate supplier data, records, and documentation across systems (e.g. NetSuite)
Acting as the main contact for returns, exchanges, and supplier issue resolution
Supporting finance activities including payment queries, refunds, reconciliations, and PO closure
Handling goods-in, stock allocation, and preparing items for dispatch and deployment activities
Identifying process inefficiencies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Experience in an administrative, procurement, or supply chain support role
Experience working with purchase orders, suppliers, or finance coordination
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
High attention to detail with accurate data handling and system usage
Confident communicator able to work across suppliers and internal stakeholders
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and take ownership
Relevant qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience
The 'Nice-to-Haves'
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)
Exposure to supplier onboarding and compliance processes
Experience with inventory or stores management
Background in a fast-paced or technical environment
Basic data analysis and reporting skills
Professional certification or training in procurement (e.g. CIPS Foundation)
