Your new role As a Building Surveyor, you'll play a key role in supporting senior surveyors and project managers on a variety of assignments. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and asset management reports. Supporting dilapidation assessments and party wall matters. Preparing technical documentation and contributing to contract administration under JCT and NEC frameworks Working on refurbishment and improvement projects, ensuring compliance with sustainability and safety standards Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver clear, professional advice This role offers hands-on experience across multiple sectors, giving you the chance to develop both technical and client-facing skills. You'll be part of a team that values knowledge sharing and encourages innovation.
