Associate/Senior Associate - Commercial Property

Position: Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate (Hybrid)

I'm looking to speak with commercial property lawyers to join a Top Tier Legal 500 firm and their successful Commercial Property Team based in Salisbury.

The Team has expertise in all areas of commercial property work. They advise clients on a local, regional and national basis, including several household brand names. The SIPP and SSAS property team has a long-established reputation as one of the best firms nationally for pension property work.

Ideally, you will have gained experience in commercial property work at either a city or leading regional practice. Knowledge and experience of landlord and tenant, freehold sale and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, pension property work and general commercial property work is essential to this role. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
