An established and highly respected UK property consultancy is seeking a Senior or Associate-level Project Manager to join its London office. This opportunity offers the chance to work on a portfolio of significant commercial development projects across the London, Oxford, Birmingham Cambridge, one of the most exciting and dynamic regions in the UK property market.

The Role:

You will take a lead role in delivering a range of high-profile commercial schemes from inception through to completion. These projects span the office, life sciences, and mixed-use sectors, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. You’ll be working within a collaborative team environment, managing stakeholders, risk, programme, and project delivery for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management on multiple commercial developments
• Client and stakeholder engagement at senior level
• Risk, procurement, and contract administration
• Leadership and mentoring of junior team members
• Ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality

The Ideal Candidate:

• MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong experience in a consultancy environment
• Proven track record in delivering commercial projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Ability to travel as required between London, Cambridge, and Oxford
