About the Opportunity
We are pleased to be partnering with a highly respected, well-established national motor group who are seeking a customer-focused Aftersales Service Advisor to join their busy team at their dealership in Hereford.
In this vital front-of-house role, you will act as the key link between the customers and the workshop technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience for every customer bringing their vehicle in for servicing, MOTs, or repairs.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Welcomes: Greeting customers warmly upon arrival and managing the booking-in process for vehicle servicing, maintenance, and MOTs.
* Consultative Liaison: Listening to customer requirements, accurately recording vehicle symptoms, and liaising directly with the workshop technicians regarding progress.
* Updates & Communication: Keeping customers fully informed throughout the day regarding their vehicle status and any required work.
* Estimating & Authorisation: Preparing clear, accurate repair estimates and obtaining customer authorisation for any additional work required.
* Process Compliance: Ensuring all manufacturer guidelines and internal company standards are strictly adhered to.
* Relationship Building: Establishing trust and long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional, attentive service.
What We Are Looking For
* Industry Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or within a customer-facing automotive or aftersales environment, is highly preferred.
* Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, confident, and positive attitude.
* Organisational Ability: Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* IT & Admin Literacy: Good computer literacy and general administration skills to handle bookings and database systems.
* Licence Requirement: A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.
