Auction Co-ordinator

GCB Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an Auction Co-ordinator with our clients, a reputable and expanding agency based in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for property and a desire to evolve their career in the auctions sector. Previous estate agency experience is essential to be considered for this position. 

Salary package on offer for the role of Auction Co-ordinator:

• £25,000 Basic
• OTE £35,000 - £40,000
• Career progression
• Training 
• Use of company pool car 

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5:00pm

Requirements for the role of Auction Co-ordinator:

• Estate Agency experience is essential 
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service
• Hold a UK driving licence
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for property 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal 

Responsibilities included in the role of Auction Co-ordinator:

• Dealing with Auction referrals
• Selling company benefits
• Attending viewings
• Negotiating
• Assisting with the growth of the department
