Installation AV Engineer

Basic salary dependant on experience £35,000 - £40,000 20 days holiday

Monday to Friday (optional overtime)

Your Responsibilities

? Installing and configuring home automation systems such as Control4 and Crestron.

? Setting up structured cabling and IT networks, including WiFi solutions.

? Installing and maintaining access control, intruder alarms, and CCTV systems.

? Designing and implementing TV reception systems (SMATV, MATV, IRS).

? Configuring lighting control systems such as Lutron, DALI, and DMX.

? Installing audio-visual solutions, including video walls, PA systems, and home cinemas.

? Ensuring high standards of workmanship and attention to detail on every project.

What We're Looking For

? A minimum of 3 years' experience working with AV technology.

? Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

? Excellent construction and practical skills.

? A valid CSCS card or CEDIA & InfoComm recognised qualifications (preferred but not essential).

? Self-discipline, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

? A trustworthy and loyal professional with an appetite to learn.

? Non-smoker, due to the nature of the working environments.
