Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser – Loughton

Loughton | Field-Based Role | Monday to Friday | £40,000 Basic Salary + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has become available for a patient-focused Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a well-established hearing care provider covering the Loughton area.

This fully field-based role offers the opportunity to provide personalised hearing care directly in patients' homes, enabling you to build strong, long-term relationships while delivering exceptional clinical care in a comfortable and familiar setting.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a full range of hearing care services, including:

• Comprehensive hearing assessments


• Hearing aid fittings and programming


• Follow-up appointments and ongoing aftercare


• Hearing aid servicing, maintenance and adjustments


• Providing expert advice and education on hearing health


• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation


• Managing a daily schedule of domiciliary appointments across the Loughton area


• Delivering an outstanding patient experience through compassionate, personalised care

This role offers the flexibility and independence of community-based working while allowing clinicians the time to focus on delivering exceptional hearing care without the pressures of a high-volume clinic.

About You

Applicants should have:

• HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A caring, professional and patient-focused approach


• The ability to work independently and confidently manage their own diary


• A full UK driving licence
