Audit & Acconts Manager

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to join a growing and highly respected professional services firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) looking to take a leading role in managing key client relationships, developing talented teams, and contributing to business growth.

The Role You'll be a key member of the management team, responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of diverse clients and delivering exceptional service
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
Supporting business development activities and identifying growth opportunities
Collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives
Reviewing complex assignments and maintaining high technical standards
Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external contactsAbout You You'll bring:

ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
Significant experience within an accountancy practice environment
Proven people management and leadership skills
Strong client relationship and portfolio management experience
A commercial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities
