A top 50 Accountancy Practice based in Bury, Manchester are seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts manager to work within their friendly and driven Audit team due to some big client wins. The Audit & Accounts Senior will be working within a mixed role and will be working on External Audits (50% of the role) as well as looking after a shared portfolio of clients (50% Accounts)

Audit & Accounts Manager Job Overview

• Work alongside Directors to become a trusted business advisor for a variety of audit and accounts clients
• Get fully involved with client accounts and audits, planning and managing the process from end to end
• Lead and organise Statutory Audits while supervising Semi Seniors Accountants and Auditors on the team
• Delivering information to clients in a timely manner whilst displaying in-depth client and industry knowledge

Audit & Accounts Manager Job Requirements

• ACCA / ACA Qualified or finalist - or QBE welcome to apply
• Study support package if applicable
• Structured development and on the job hands on exposure
• Learn directly from one of the partners as your mentor
• Realistic career development within a TOP accountancy practice
• Experience leading & organising Audits is essential
• Experience with statutory accounts preparation and corporate tax knowledge
• Candidates with a drive to excel their career and create real, long term prospects
• Based within a reasonable commute of Bury, Manchester
