Audit & Accounts Manager

TPF Recruitment is supporting a dynamic and expanding accountancy practice in Horsham with the recruitment of an Audit & Accounts Manager.

• Manage a varied portfolio of audit and accounts clients
  

• Lead audit assignments from planning to completion
  

• Review accounts and tax work prepared by the team
  

• Support junior team development through supervision and mentoring
  

• Assist senior management with business development and client engagement
  

• ACA or ACCA qualified
  

• Experience within a UK accountancy practice environment
  

• Strong technical knowledge in both audit and accounts
  

• Confident communicator and team leader
  

• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing firm
  

• Competitive salary: £50,000 – £65,000, depending on experience
  

• A clear path to senior management as the firm continues to grow
