The successful candidate will manage a varied client portfolio, ranging from SMEs to large corporates, and take a lead role in audit and accounts engagements. This position is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional ready to step into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing audit assignments from planning through to completion

• Reviewing statutory accounts and tax computations

• Managing a portfolio of clients across diverse sectors

• Supporting, training, and mentoring junior team members

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• Minimum of six years’ experience within a UK Practice environment

• Proven track record in leading audits and reviewing accounts

• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

• Proactive, team-oriented, and client-focused
