A well-established, forward-thinking accountancy firm in London is looking to add an Audit Senior to its growing team. This is a rare opportunity to join a people-focused firm with an impressive client base, strong staff retention, and a down-to-earth, team-oriented culture.

The Audit and Accounts Semi Senior or Senior Role

This is a predominantly audit-focused role (70-80% audit / 20-30% accounts). You'll be working with a varied portfolio of clients across sectors including tech (SaaS, VC-backed), real estate, aviation, FCA-regulated businesses, and private schools. Clients range from £50m to £250m turnover, with some larger audits in conjunction with Top 10 firms.

You'll be involved in statutory audits, consolidations, management packs, and will use CaseWare as the audit platform. Most audits are done using year-end figures (not full bookkeeping), and there is a collaborative, hands-on approach across the team.

The Ideal Audit and Accounts Semi Senior or Senior Candidate

You'll be someone who enjoys getting stuck in and can hit the ground running. The partners are looking for a reliable doer - someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and take ownership. A strong audit background within a UK practice is essential. Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA/ACCA candidates will be considered.

Hybrid Working & Culture

• Typically 3 days in office / 2 from home (some flexibility)
• Offices in Central London with additional offices across the UK
• Supportive and social team with regular get-togethers (bowling, team drinks, summer sports days)
• Accredited ICAEW and ACCA training firm
• Occasional UK travel for site visits (e.g. luxury hospitality clients)
