Our client a well-respected accountancy firm based in Kettering is seeking a talented Audit and Accounts Senior to join their dynamic team. This full-time position offers an annual salary between 32000 and 38000 depending on experience with quick salary progression

Your Role As an Audit and Accounts Senior you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include

• Conducting comprehensive audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  


• Preparing detailed audit plans and executing fieldwork according to the audit schedule
  


• Reviewing and preparing financial statements and related reports
  


• Providing insightful recommendations to enhance accounting processes and internal controls
  


• Collaborating with clients to understand their business environment and offering expert financial guidance
  


• Supervising and mentoring junior staff throughout the audit process
  

About You We are looking for candidates with

• A minimum of 2 years experience in audit or accountancy roles in a UK Accountancy Practice
  


• Proficiency in relevant accounting software
  


• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
