Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to join a growing accountancy practice in Buckinghamshire.
This role would suit a part-qualified accountant, or someone with strong practical audit and accounts experience, who is looking to continue developing their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the planning and completion of audit assignments
Supporting audit fieldwork and preparing accurate audit working papers
Preparing accounts for a range of clients across different sectors
Supporting both audit and accounts assignments from start to completion
Liaising with clients and responding to queries professionally
Working closely with senior team members, managers and partners
Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
Maintaining accurate working papers, files and supporting documentation
Developing technical knowledge across audit, accounts and compliance
Building confidence in client communication and relationship management
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Around 2 years' experience within an accountancy practice environment
Certificate Level qualification or equivalent progress through professional study
Ideally 4+ Professional Level exams passed
Experience across audit and accounts work
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and client-facing skills
A proactive and organised approach
A genuine interest in continuing to develop technically and professionally
