Service Care Solutions are working alongside a progressive and growing accountancy practice who are looking are looking to recruit a motivated and talented Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior to join their team on a permanent basis. Please find a description of the role below.

Role Overview:
We are looking to recruit a qualified ACCA/ICAEW or part-qualified accountant with strong experience in a practice environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in both audit and accounts who is looking to develop their career further in a friendly and professional team.

Role: Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior.
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per year (based on qualififcations, expereince and interview performance)
Location: Coventry.
Working: Hybrid (full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with and lead on-site audit engagements, from planning to completion
• Ensure compliance with external audit requirements
• Prepare statutory accounts up to review stage
• Meet deadlines efficiently in a practice environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team member
• Part or fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/AAT
• Demonstrable audit and accounts experience within an accountancy practice
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Experience with IRIS software (preferred but not essential)
