Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting an accountancy firm in their search for an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their current team which consists of over 40 employees and 6 partners. The firm was founded more than 100 years ago and comes with a great reputation.

Role Requirements -

• Collaborate with the audit team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of audit and other accountancy services. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with or leading on-site audit fieldwork at clients' premises.
• Communicating with clients' senior management.
• Supervising the audit team on-site.
• Managing the completion of audit files.
• Drafting audited financial statements.
• Reporting directly to the firm's Partner or Audit Manager.
• Overseeing the entire audit process from planning to completion.
• Liaising with clients to assist with planning and ensure successful completion of assignments.

Person Requirements -

• Fully or part qualified ACA/ACCA
• 3 Years experience within an Audit based role
• Xero & Sage Experience is advantageous
• Experience with completing Audits
• Previous experience within an Accounting Practice
• Good team player but also able to work independently
• Great communication skills
• Adaptable and Flexible to meet the needs of those around you
• Good organisational skills and able to work towards deadlines
• Good problem solving skills
• Holds a driving licence and has access to their own car
