Audit and Accounts Senior ACA

I'm working with a well-established, forward-thinking accountancy firm in Leicester who are looking to bring in an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This is a client-facing, mixed-role opportunity offering exposure to audits, statutory accounts, and ad hoc advisory projects across a diverse client base.

• Leading on-site audits from planning to completion
• Preparing year-end statutory accounts for SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and limited companies
• Reviewing junior team members' work and providing guidance
• Managing a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting with ad hoc advisory projects (e.g. forecasting, due diligence)
• Liaising directly with partners on more complex assignments

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or finalist with strong experience)
• 3+ years' experience in an accountancy practice
• Comfortable leading audits and preparing full accounts
• Confident communicator who enjoys client contact
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Organised, proactive, and eager to progress

• Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
• Flexible working - 1 day remote per week
