Job Description - Audit and Accounts Senior - Top 15 Practice

TPF Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic firm of Top 15 chartered accountants in Maidstone who are looking to recruit an Audit and Accounts Senior into their Team. This is a fantastic opportunity, where you will work in a mixed audit, accounts and tax capacity. Training will be provided on accounts and tax, if you work in pure audit. Our client has seen significant growth in their fee income in recent times and have also taken on much larger, listed work from Top 10 and Big 4 firms. Due to further expansion, they're looking to recruit an Audit and Accounts Senior into their successful team.

This position will primarily be focused owner managed businesses from Â£1m - Â£100m turnover and are a mix of both national and international businesses. Clients are a mixture of both corporate businesses and not for profit organisations including charities and academies. The position can be moulded around the individual. Suitable candidates will either be ACA/ACCA studying though to 0 -3 years post qualified.

On average you will work in the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week, but this will be moulded around the candidate. This is one of the best audit positions on the market at the moment, where you will be offered fantastic exposure while maintaining a great work life balance, and a market leading remuneration package. Not to mention, fantastic progression prospects to Manager and beyond.

Requirements

You will be either ACA or ACCA qualified, nearly qualified or part qualified with experience gained within any mix of - small/medium /large independent accountancy practice firm background, or Top 50 or Mid -Tier/Top Tier firm environment with a technical background across pure audit or audit and accounts.

You will be seeking a career move at the Audit Associate, Senior Associate, Semi Senior or Senior level with a clear progression and development path on offer within a highly regarded accountancy practice.
