An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audit & Accounts Supervisor to join a well-established and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone seeking a strong audit focus, with room to broaden their skills across accounts preparation during quieter periods.

Your role as an Audit & Accounts Supervisor:

• Leading audits from planning through to completion for a diverse client base.
• Preparing accounts for a range of entities outside of audit season (approx. 30% accounts, 70% audit).
• Working closely with clients across both corporate and not-for-profit sectors (approx. 50/50 split).
• Supporting junior staff and contributing to their development.
• Collaborating with managers and partners to deliver high-quality service.

What you'll need to succeed:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in audit.
• Strong understanding of UK GAAP and auditing standards.
• Experience with CCH Accounts Production, Audit Automation, and Alphatax is an advantage (training provided if not)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead assignments and manage deadlines.
