As Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing audit engagements from planning through to completion, supporting junior staff and liaising directly with clients. This role would suit a newly qualified or recently qualified auditor looking to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking and inclusive firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading audit assignments from planning to completion
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with audit standards
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues during audit work
  • Reporting directly to Audit Managers and Partners
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Desire to progress within a supportive and growing firm
