Job Description - Audit Assistant Manager

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Cardiff with the recruitment of an Audit Assistant Manager. As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, working closely with Partners and clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base
  • Review work prepared by junior team members and provide coaching/mentorship
  • Ensure audits are carried out in compliance with relevant standards
  • Assist with the development and implementation of audit processes
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
