As an Audit Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our audit assignments, working closely with senior staff and clients to deliver top-notch results. What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the Charge: As an Audit Assistant Manager, take the reins on-site audits from start to finish, coordinating resources and tasks like a pro.
Quality Champion: Ensure audit quality and compliance with standards, making sure everything is spot on as an Audit Assistant Manager.
Mentor Extraordinaire: Review work of junior auditors, guiding them to greatness and supporting their development as an Audit Assistant Manager.
Report Guru: Prepare audit findings reports, highlighting key areas of concern and insights as an Audit Assistant Manager.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Accountant: ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
Audit Expert: Proven experience in audit and accounts as an Audit Assistant Manager.
SME Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is essential. Your expertise in SME audits will be a cornerstone of your role as an Audit Assistant Manager, ensuring tailored and effective audit processes.
Risk Savvy: Familiar with risk assessment and control measures as an Audit Assistant Manager.
Client Focused: Skilled in managing client relationships as an Audit Assistant Manager.
Leader: Capable of guiding and supporting junior staff as an Audit Assistant Manager.
Tech-Smart: Up-to-date with accounting and auditing standards as an Audit Assistant Manager.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as an Audit Assistant Manager.
Bonus Points: Experience with CaseWare and CCH is a plus.
