Are you an ambitious Audit Assistant Manager looking to step into a dynamic role with a Top 10 firm?

I'm currently recruiting for a leading practice that's seeking a driven individual to join their Tunbridge Wells office. If you're already leading audits, developing juniors, and working with a varied client portfolio - this could be your next move.

What you will be doing as an Audit Assistant Manager

  • Leading audits from planning through to completion
  • Supervising on-site teams and supporting junior staff development
  • Reviewing audit work and preparing completion memos
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the engagement
  • Identifying areas for improvement or control weaknesses
  • Liaising regularly with Audit Managers to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Highlighting opportunities to add value for clients

What you will need to succeed as an Audit Supervisor

  • ?ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience leading audits within a UK accountancy practice
  • Strong technical understanding of audit procedures and financial reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience supervising junior team members
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred)
