The Audit Assistant Manager Opportunity

As an Audit Assistant Manager, you'll bridge the gap between the senior audit team and management. You'll lead audits from planning to completion, oversee teams, manage key client relationships, and develop your technical expertise in a wide range of sectors including not-for-profit, digital media, property, and professional services.

You'll be joining a London-based audit team of 40, giving you the support of a well-resourced, structured, and collaborative group while still having plenty of room for personal impact and progression.

Audit Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to complex audits, including groups and specialist sectors
• Prepare detailed audit testing plans and manage delivery against budgets
• Review junior team members' work and mentor them in their development
• Be the first point of contact for clients, resolving queries professionally
• Deliver finalised files, accounts and tax computations for managerial review
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery

About You

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience managing audits from planning to completion
• Confident communicator - client facing and team oriented
• Strong working knowledge of FRS 102 and audit methodology
• Skilled at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
• Driven, organised, and a genuine team player
