The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the audit function and contributing to the strategic direction of the practice.

As Audit Director, you will work closely with Partners and senior management, overseeing a varied portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. You will be involved in business development, staff management, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding audit services. Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing audit engagements from planning through to completion
• Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
• Supporting Partners with business development and strategic initiatives
• Reviewing and improving internal processes and procedures
• Managing and mentoring audit team members

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Significant audit experience at a senior level
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
• Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
