Butler Rose Public Practice is pleased to be supporting our client, a top ranking firm, in their search for an experienced and highly motivated Audit Director. This role offers the potential to progress towards partnership and establish yourself as a leader in your specialized field within a rapidly growing company.

Role Requirements -

• Take the lead in handling out large and technically complex clients
• Identify key issues and priorities by analysing complex business situations at hand
• Act as a trusted business advisor to the clients by providing advice on a business and personal level to the managers
• Overseeing all client engagement
• Overall responsibility to allocate work
• Overseeing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Ensure client service is always maintained at a top tier level
• Managing the end to end audit process including budgets and timescales
• Assisting on ad hoc projects.

Person Requirements -

• ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP
• Great communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Experience within accountancy practice and able to work within a variety of industries
• Proven capability to manage a large variety of client portfolios
• Experience with training and mentoring a team
