• Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning through to completion.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships through high-quality service delivery.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of audit professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and practices.
• Participate in the firm's business development activities.
• Review financial statements and audit reports.
• Contribute to the firm's risk management and quality control procedures.

Profile

A successful Audit Manager should have:

• Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in audit and assurance within a professional services environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
