Following a meeting with the Partners of a Top 10 firm based in Gatwick, I am excited to work on several opportunities as the team experiences a period of exponential growth. They are looking to hire individuals from Assistant Manager level up to Senior Manager within their Gatwick offices.

Your role as an Audit Manager:

• Acting as a major point of contact for the firm, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of driven and dedicated auditors.
• Liaising directly with the clients across a wide range of corporate audit clients including fast-growing OMBs to large PE backed companies.
• Opportunities for business development from an early stage through the development of business proposals and building new relationships.
• Work as a team to support the department as it continues to grow and identify any opportunities for upselling.

What you'll need to succeed:

• You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent with post qualification experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of working within a UK accountancy practice.
• Applicants must already be working in a Manager level position, but there are very clear progression routes to Senior Manager within this team.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and International GAAS.
• Enthusiasm to progress professionally and as part of the team.
• A good management rapport to mentor the audit team.
