As Audit Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, working closely with clients, Partners, and junior staff. You'll manage a portfolio of audit clients, review work, coach and develop your team, and ensure top-quality delivery in line with regulatory standards.

• Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients (largely owner-managed businesses and SMEs)

• Oversee audits from planning to completion

• Lead, mentor and develop junior audit staff

• Review work and ensure technical compliance and high-quality standards

• Build and maintain excellent client relationships

• Liaise directly with Partners and clients on strategic matters

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• Proven experience in audit within an accountancy practice environment

• Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards

• Confident managing a client portfolio and leading audit teams

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Salary up to £70,000, depending on experience
