Description

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients
• Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-selling

• Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with UK auditing standards
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance
• Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues
• Evaluate internal control systems and make recommendations for improvement
• Draft detailed audit reports and management letters

• Lead, coach, and develop teams of 3-8 audit professionals
• Supervise and review work of audit seniors and juniors
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple engagements
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to training and development initiatives

Profile

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong technical knowledge of working with a broad range of SME businesses
• Experience managing and developing junior team members
• Excellent client relationship skills

Job Offer
