You will work closely with Partners and Directors to deliver high-quality audit services, while also contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the firm. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Lead audits from planning to completion, including managing staff and budgets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Review audit workpapers and reports
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior team members

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven track record of managing audits independently
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
