An opportunity has opened up in Bicester for an Audit Manager who wants to do more than just tick boxes. This firm (a top-20 practice, but with the feel of a supportive regional) is looking for someone to take ownership of a £180k audit portfolio and play a key leadership role within their growing Oxfordshire hub.

• Full responsibility for your own portfolio - around £180k in fees
• Mixture of growing OMBs and established SMEs - plenty of face time
• Team management - reviewing files, mentoring staff, leading planning meetings

• Based in Bicester (OX26) - free parking and easy access by road or rail

What They're Looking For

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Solid experience managing audit files from planning through to review
• Strong people management - someone who can mentor and develop junior team members
• Commercially switched-on - you'll be expected to spot opportunities and lead conversations with clients
